New Year Hot Water – How long will it last?

In the first 12 Days of January, we already replaced several Hot Water Systems.

Generally a hot water system lasts 10-15 years.

An old oven with an old burner. Replacing the burner in this Type B Commercial Oven Greatly improved efficiency and reliability. In fact the new Hurl Nu-way Burner produced less than 5ppm of Carbon Monoxide when finally tuned and commissioned.

Evaporative Coolers & Bushfires – Installing Ember protection
